Jen Skeldon, Founder, and President, brings over twenty years of experience working with organizations desiring to impact the community positively. Jen specializes in project and event management, social media strategy and management, and community outreach.
Jen’s expertise has helped nonprofit organizations maximize resources and raise over a million dollars through special events and fundraising initiatives. Her clients include Avenues for Autism (Great Lakes Collaborative for Autism), Advocates for Basic Legal Equality and Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Dental Center of Northwest Ohio, Carly Cares, Aurora Project, Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, American Red Cross, and YWCA of Toledo.
She has managed hundreds of events, including concerts, lecture series, galas, golf outings, and fundraising dinners. Jen has hosted recording artists, TV and film personalities, authors, comedians, and pro athletes; including bestselling author and presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin, University of Michigan Head Football Coach, Jim Harbaugh, Grammy and Emmy Winner, Queen Latifah, and Oscar and Grammy nominee rock band, Counting Crows.
Jen is active in the community and has served on several boards and committees, including United Way of Greater Toledo, Women’s Initiative, Susan G. Komen of Northwest Ohio, ZEST Toledo, Association of Fundraising Professionals, UpTown Association, Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Chapter, and University of Toledo Greek Alumni Affiliate.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education from The University of Toledo and has presented event and program development topics to national and regional conferences.
Lifelong Ohioan, born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio, Jen, and her husband Mark, live in Perrysburg with their teenage daughters. Jen’s interests include playing tennis, gardening, and following current events.
